Pambazos

Freshly baked telera torta roll, filled with a delicious dish of potatoes with sausage. With lettuce, queso fresco (Mexican cheese), sour cream, and salsa. When the sandwich is ready is dunked in guajillo salsa and cooked until it gets crunchy. Yummm!
